Guru Prasad (HBM Guru)
Managing Director
A B.E. (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) graduate from Jayaram College of Engineering and Technology, Guru's passion for serving society began during his school years. With over 10 years of dedicated volunteer experience across Trichy and surrounding regions, he founded the HBM Foundation with a vision to create a structured, transparent, and large-scale positive impact for the community.
Beyond his social service initiatives, Guru is also a multi-sport athlete with an impressive sporting career. He has represented teams at the professional level in hockey, cricket, and tennis, and is a gold medalist, reflecting his commitment to excellence, discipline, and leadership both on and off the field.
Sreedharan
DirectorAn M.Sc. in Microbiology, Sreedharan's commitment to service also began in his school days. Combining scientific knowledge with social work, he leads our health, environment, and awareness initiatives to ensure every project is impactful and evidence-based.
HBM Foundation is driven by a passionate team of well-experienced social work volunteers — teachers, professionals, students, and community leaders who donate their time and skills. From education drives and medical camps to temple restoration and animal care, every volunteer brings dedication and local understanding to make change happen on the ground.
